iLOTO Interlocking
Connector and Guard Sensing Cable will run the entire conveyor length. The cable will be designed for use in outdoor environments. Each guard row (be it left hand side or Right hand side.) will be interconnected through sensing cable in zig zag pattern.

ILOTO-WORKING
INTERLOCKING GRID
As displayed in images in rightside, interlocking grid is laid in Zig Zag format at conveyors. When conveyor guard is removed by opening grid connector, it sends signal to control panel for further processing.

Control Panel PLC senses inter-grid lock opening, command PLC to power down conveyor via Pull-Chord Switch. Panel inbuilt hooter starts buzzing alarm until conveyor guard is closed again.
